Shannon Case1Fake promises and too many apologies with no call back and just pure lies that all I got from Michelle. I needed a warranty information for my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder and no call back she promised to call back but no call back , I got tired of her lies so I went down to Murfreesboro Nissan I ended up with and new pathfinder she claims to be the finance director if that’s true then you guys have some issues on your hands and you need to fix it I use to love Newton Nissan but having the wrong people in the wrong position makes a huge difference. Thanks for nothing

TCRandom5I stopped by Newton Nissan South to look at vehicles and get an idea of what I might purchase in the near future. A short time later, I'm pulling out of the parking lot in a brand new 2019 Altima SV. Tyler Phillips was the sales associate I worked with and he went out of his way to make sure I had an experience unlike any other dealership I've visited. And he succeeded. Tyler took his time, so I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. He showed me a variety of vehicles based on the factors I had given him up front to make sure we found the perfect vehicle suited to my needs. He explained the features of each in phenomenal detail, letting me know the pros and cons of each as it pertained to what I wanted in a new car. I eventually decided on the Altima as it checked all the boxes and more. Honestly, I never imagined myself driving a Nissan. But because of the high level customer service and all around phenomenal experience at Newton Nissan South, I not only find myself driving a new Altima today, but also loving every second of it!

David Anderson5I was at Newton Nissan today for a repair of an oil leak and it was found that the crush washer had a defect where it had a split in the washer itself. It was replaced and they topped off the oil and cleaned up around the area of the oil pan. Everything was taken care of and I’m very happy. I appreciate the help that Scott provided and everyone at Newton Nissan thank you!

JK VanFleet4Getting maintance done at Newton Nissan South was pretty painless. Our appointment time was homered, they had refreshments for kids and adults. Plenty to keep us occupied while we waited for our vehicle. Staff was courteous and professional.
