  My husband and I along with our 2 kids drove all the way from LaVergne to Shelbyville. We are so glad that we did. They gave us a great offer on our Trade In and helped point us in the right direction for our family. We are very pleased on how patient they were and family friendly. They listened to our concerns and got us in a wonderful 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We now know where to go to buy our future vehicles. I will recommend everyone to Newton Ford Chevrolet Buick GMC!

  My experience at Newton was just so comfortable. I highly recommend using Charles Bobo. He is a seasoned, experienced and down-to-earth salesperson. I felt comfortable with him from the moment he returned my request for information over the phone. Same with Anthony Green in Finance. So friendly and natural in what they do. Great value on the used vehicle I bought! Quick. Easy. Comfortable. It was worth the 90 minute drive for the experience!

  Heather and Tim were such a huge help on getting me the exact vehicle I came up there asking for!!! Heather never tried to pressure me into something else, or be pushy like a lot of sales people are when it comes to buying a new vehicle. She was SO friendly and answered any questions I had. If she happened to not know the answer she’d find it out for me! Over all great experience!! Heather even gave me a tour while I waited for paperwork and banks to call back for financing! She was so helpful and nice! They worked on getting me the lowest rate possible; I’d recommend them to any and everyone!!!

  This by far has been the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a custom truck that only this dealership carried.   I have never had such amazing service from any other dealership. Travis White was so kind and helpful. He really went above and beyond for me. I live a little ways away but I will definitely make the drive and come back for future services.

  Our visit to Newton Ford did not start out with the intention of buying a new vehicle. I had my ford focus brought in for a check up and was offered a loaner . So I drove a ford edge and liked the bigger vehicle but I decided it was to big after driving my focus since I bought the focus for work. So that got me looking and Stan was my sales rep and he was the greatest I have worked with. Stan got me into a ford 2017 escape and I love it!!

  We went to Newton Chevrolet unsure if we would even be approved for a used car much less what we got. We were greeted with a friendly smile and handshake from Mr. Drew Hayes. He walked us through the whole process and was very careful to make sure we understood everything and that we were happy. I couldn't believe it when he showed us the car we had been approved for. When he first mentioned the make of the car I was on their website looking at the first Cruze I seen. I was expecting to see the used one, but Mr. Drew drove up in a brand new 2018 Cruze. Our first ever brand new car! It took everything for my husband and I both not to cry. We are so blessed and very thankful for the opportunity to work with Mr. Drew and Chris to finalize our purchase. I will definitely from now on be sending my family and friends there.
