  My experience was wonderful. I didn't wait, I had a schedule appointment. Little high for the services compared to where I came from about $20+ more. They offered me a coupon for the first time visiting your Newton Ford dealership which I greatly appreciate.

  Good service but left grease prints on the carpet and my weather tech mats. I asked for a quote on fixing my windshield washer fluid tank and that was not provided. They said they could quote me on new Michelin tires but was too busy at the time to do so. I was the only car in there. Would go back again but watch for grease!

  We were looking for a Ford Transit Van 150 we would be converting into a camper van. Eventually we found a great deal at Newton Ford. It was not close to where we live in Illinois, but in working with Lisa they made us a great deal. Lisa went above and beyond by then driving halfway to where we are from there, a three plus hour drive one way, to meet us. Our experience with Lisa, and Newton Ford in general, has been fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the van we got, or with the service we received while getting it! Thanks, Lisa, and thanks Newton Ford!

  I’ll be honest. I dread shopping for a vehicle. I don’t like the haggling game. I typically have researched whatever I’m considering buying to death, including the best price I can pay. For vehicles, I always visit multiple dealers. One dealership wanted to sell me a used truck as new and wouldn’t come down on the price until I got up to leave. Then I went to Ford in Shelbyville, TN. Randy Evans introduced himself and I didn’t get the usual dealership pressure feeling. Randy stuck with me for a few days while I made up my mind. I was that guy that came in after work, 30 minutes before they were closing, and made everyone stay over with me. Even with me being a pain, I was never pressured. When I finally picked out the truck I wanted, we went in to talk about price. They immediately beat the other dealers prices and I didn’t have to haggle. The price was in line with my research. I bought a new F150 and felt comfortable the whole time I was shopping there. Even brought my wife and 4 kids in the day I bought it so Randy and the guys could meet them. If you are shopping for a vehicle, I recommend you go here.

  I needed quite a bit of service done on my Ford Fusion. Everyone, from the service manager to the technician who worked on my car, was professional, friendly and informative. The charges were reasonable and my car drives beautifully. I will definitely continue to take my car to Newton Ford!

  Dec 2019 updatePrices have gone up, but customer service has gone down. I expressed an issue with my car making noise in the tire area in Oct and another time prior to that, I was told nothing was wrong, both times. Conveniently, during my last oil change, AFTER my 1 year warranty was up, there was noise (heard by the servicer) that could be heard in my swaybar links. I was told I needed to get them fixed. A year ago in Oct, I had them replaced by the same Ford service area who said they needed to be replaced in Dec. 2019. I was told that there was a year warranty on the swaybar links that were installed a year and 2 months ago. I called the parts store from where the swaybars were purchased, and was told that they had a lifetime warranty. The service manager did not call me directly back. Instead "he" had someone else call me to relay the message that they would change out my swaybars for free, I just needed to pay $125. Of course the swaybars are "free" even though they have a "one year warranty", because in actuality, I covered my butt and found out for myself that there was really a lifetime warranty. Ford really tried to pull one over on me to try to make more money. I had been going there for a few years. Ford used to have some really good, honest people working there who were helpful and knowledgeable. Whoever is managing now needs to realize that honesty and good work will keep a customer forever. I will never return or recommend service from there again. (2018) I've been going to Newton Ford South service department for a few years now. I have never had any problems. The team always does a great job, and many times they go above and beyond what is expected of them. Have always been helpful and explain any issues with your vehicle in detail. Very professional.

  MS. Brown was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I've bought from the Chevy and the Ford side and from my experience, buy from the Newton group means you'll get top notch service no matter which side you choose.
