Adolfo Lopez2Poor customer experience and treatment received by banker Connie Walksler. I was expecting a warm, professional environment and it was definitely the contrary. This specific banker needs more training on wire transfers to Mexico especially, the lack of knowledge made me feel unsure about my transaction and business. She eventually helped me with this transfer but I left feeling not confident and uncomfortable.

Mon Ica5Beautiful but there’s usually construction. There’s currently construction on the Clark entrance. However, they added ATMs on Clark just north of the original entrance. There’s street parking with meters but they’re usually occupied. There is a cafe in the basement with a lot of different food options. It can get a little pricey but not too much for downtown prices. You can get anything from soup and salad to stir fry. The bank itself is on the main floor. The staff is friendly and they always make sure to coordinate the customers to minimize wait times. I needed new currency for Easter and this older gentleman was so helpful.

Emily Park1It's wildly hilarious that the Chase Promenade in Millennium Park - just a few blocks from here - is named for this bank. This company claims to care about outdoor spaces and the Great Lakes, while also being the NUMBER ONE financial contributor to the climate crisis and the NUMBER ONE funder of tar sands pipelines, which threaten the Great Lakes.

Helen She1It’s now been 1 hour and 27 minutes on hold while I’m writing this review. It’s ridiculous.

Rochelle L5Great service from Customer Service and banker Jon K. Called ahead and got in contact with Customer Service immediately. 10 minutes later, dropped into the bank during the morning rush for a time-sensitive wire and was helped immediately, cordially, and professionally. Thumbs up. Not sure why it has bad reviews but guessing management has seen and is / has been correcting, because I have no complaints. It's a huge branch location, too.

Josh B Mabe1WOW! The worst costumer service experience of my life. You can call all day and all they do is hang up on you. And IF you finally get through, they tell you they cannot give you basic exchange rate info. I am so happy I bank with a credit union. If this is the level of costumer service that a bank like Chase gives, I cannot implore you enough to move to a credit union!

Dr. James Stoxen DC, FSSEMM Hon FWSSEM2I went in to get a cashiers check with the passport and a drivers license. The passport was good but since I don’t drive downtown anymore they said my license was expired and decided not to give me the cashiers check. Therefore, I went to the chase bank on grand and Franklin Street and it was no problem Obviously the passport is no good at Chase Bank?

sethe jensen1This branch has a lot of negative reviews, and I think I know why. The last time I went near it, there was a crowd of people chanting passionately. I did some research and discovered that Chase Bank's board is led by a master of lies and deception, an oil baron named Lee Raymond. For decades he's been bankrolling climate change misinformation. I found the full story at #ExxonKnew. Any company choosing Lee as a leader obviously doesn't care about our health, and that lack of care trickles down to the customer's experience too. Maybe if Chase got rid of Raymond, we could start to rebuild some trust in this bank's ability to improve. Positive reviews might become the rule, rather than the exception. P.S. My Star review is really a tenth of a star.

Leanne Lemyre1This branch of Chase is the reason 0 stars should be an option. Saw the other reviews after getting hung up on multiple times - so I started calling over and over again. Associate finally picked up. I had a question regarding if my balance transfer check had reached the bank because it had not posted (and it was sent to THAT SPECIFIC branch) - and she told me she couldn't help me and to call the 800 line.
