There is no pressure, moreover this is the only company who gives the best property analysis which makes me enable to make some profits on the deals offered.   New Western has an excellent team of agents. They are extremely responsive and have proven themselves over and over again. An example was when after reviewing several properties, we found the one that we wanted to purchase. It was after 5 pm and we knew the house was being considered by others that were reviewing the house at the same time we were. The other potential buyer sounded excited with what he saw. However, I knew that the house was the right investment for us. So, on the way back home, we called New Western - who had brought us the great find - and they secured the purchase for us that night. Their agent drove over an hour just to meet us to sign papers that night for a cash purchase. Excellent service. We are right now working with their agent, Jacob Barrett, who brings us amazing investment opportunities for us to review daily.

  I’ve been working with New Western for many years and have purchased several properties from them. I very much love their analysis packet they provide on each of their deals as it allows me to quickly analyze the property and decide to proceed with the next level of due-diligence or not. Also New Western makes the transaction very simple by using title companies that allow me the flexibility of remote closings. They are fast and efficient which I love. Jonathon is my agent and me makes it simple for me. He is always responds quickly and goes to bat for me when needed. In short, the New Western team is great to work with – easy, cooperative, and good at what they do.
