  This people don't listen! I give them my checking card to be sure the deposit goes to the correct account, but she didn't care and put it on my other account. No sorry or apology .

  I was interested in switching from my old FCU to this one, called three times. Stayed on hold and never spoke with a live person. I dont think i will be switching today

  If you are looking for banking professionals to handle your finiances, stay away from Shell Federal Credit Union. They are very incompetent. Recently I opened a checking account or thought I did (that is what the representative told me) to a mortgage refiniance, the service was terrible. I didn't receive the checks for 4 weeks and when I called they informed me checks were never ordered. This was the responsibility of the representative I opened the account with and they informed me twice on the day I opened the account I would be receiving checks within 10 days. We were pre approved for a mortgage refiniance and proceeded with the process only to find out the mortgage processor was dragging their feet and hit us with several items at the last minute that we tried to clear up early on in the process. I truly believe they didn't want to refiniance our home and did their best to get us to stop the application. As I informed the processor, "we surrender". Keep in mind, they pre approved us with a credit score exceeding 800. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

  Both locations in deer park and bay area are beyond amazing! I can add money to my account after hours and if there is any problem, they fix it right away! I will never leave shell federal credit union!

  MRS JESSICA PEREZ IS THE ONLY REASON IM HERE AND MRS JACKIE BUT MRS BRITTANY IS RUDE SHE DISCRIMINATED ON ME AND I WAS TRYING TO DISPUTE SOMETHING I DIDNT DO SHE TALK TO ME SO BAD IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION AND SHE DO NO LIKE TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE IS HORRIBLE SHES NOT PROFESSIONAL SHE. TALK TO YOU LIKE A CHILD BUT I ONLY STAYING BECAUSE MRS J PEREZ IS AWESOME AND SHE MAKE YOU FEEL UNDERSTAND AND MRS MEGAN IN FRAUD DEPARTMENT IS AWESOME SHE DOES A GREAT JOB THATS THE ONLY REASON IM STAYING

  The staff at Shell federal credit union are amazing and welcoming ! They reassured that we would be attended to and the wait was not long at all ! I went in to open up a checking and savings account and see about refinance and Ashley made the process so well thorough and pleasant ! I’m so glad I made the decision to bank with them !

  Had other banks close cards and didn't not notify of strange transactions, while shell here is quick with calls messages and always helps with any and every problem I've had and the app they have is just very useful go to the same bank everytime

  Not only this location but even the website AND the 1-800 number. I have been trying to pay SCU for my parents credit card. I am trying to GIVE them money and no one will take it. This is ridiculous. I have the statement in front of me, correct names and address......and still they do NOT want to take my money. Tried going through the drive through and NO.... still will NOT take our payment. I work 9-5 and cant take off work just to get there before 5. Do not use SFCU. Terrible!!

  Wouldn’t dispute a valid fraudulent charge. I gave them a piece of my mind. In return the started doing 7 day business holds on my checks including a U.S. Treasury tax refund!!!!! After banking with them 2 YEARS! Opened a new account somewhere else and had my Treasury check immediately. The staff is immature and petty and need a new babysitter before they completely destroy the bank from having ANY customers. Every time I went in there was always a displeased client inside... once a client who stand in line trashing them talking about closing account after 15 years and now I’ve experienced why.

  Customer service is fast and reliable. I’ve been with SFCU for over a year now and my experience so far has been amazing with no complaints
