  We could not have chosen a better lender for our first-time home buying experience! Doug’s team at CrossCountry Mortgage was extremely hands-on throughout the whole process and provided us with some of the best customer service I have ever come across. Devin and Traci made themselves available whenever needed and so patiently answered all of our questions, it truly felt like we were working with family! We are so very thankful for Doug, for leading such an incredible team and for making us feel like their number one priority, and also a huge thanks to both Devin and Traci for providing us with such quality service. Their hard work has allowed us to close early on our home and has definitely made what could have been an extremely drawn out and complicated process, very simple and pain-free. I’d gladly recommend CrossCountry Mortgage, 10/10!

  The CrossCountry Mortgage team were incredible to work with! People kept telling me I wanted a lender that was personable and that I could trust and I thought of course, but it being my first time purchasing a home I severely underestimated how important this is. But I have to tell you that I sure lucked out with this crew. From Devin walking me through the application process, to Doug helping me understand interest rates and the best time to lock in, to Traci getting on the phone with my bank to help get the required documents to be able to close in 2 1/2 weeks so that the seller could move into their new home on time! This crew worked tirelessly, providing frequent updates and just being super kind and supportive throughout the process. They went above and beyond for me and I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to work with the team - 10/10 recommend!

  I've worked with Doug and his team on no less than two dozen loans and this was by far, bar. None, the most challenging one I have given him yet! Fortunately, it was my own personal loan... Doug and his team went so far above and beyond expectations that I am buying them a closing gift! From Devin Wagner taking my loan application and working with me to make sure ahead all my ducks in a row, to Traci being my main line of communication, always polite and helpful, to Doug in the underwriters fighting on my behalf, the whole process could not have been better!!! In fact, I am certain that no other lender out there would be able to close the complicated self-employed loan that I sent their way. I'm still in disbelief that we got this deal done. Doug and his team are fantastic and the only lenders I will be sending my business to.

  Doug and his team (Traci and Devin) are the best in town to work with.   To say we are happy with our loan Is an understatement! Doug, Traci, Devin and everyone else who helped with our loan were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond without hesitation. I have to give a special thanks to Traci for making everything so easy and Doug for being so open/honest from the second we were looking at buying. This team had a solution for it all and made any obstacles easy to maneuver through. If the amazing service isn’t enough, then the numbers should be. We were relieved and excited to see our final interest rate and closing costs as both were lower than expected. Any future home financing I could not and would not recommend anyone else. If you want to feel and be treated like a VIP plus come out with great results, Doug Wagner and hs team are the way to go!!
