  I just wanted to say that I normally don't ever post comments on any business but not only because I enjoy working for this company but I will say that Carlile Realty and Lending has the best agents here who enjoy, care and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I love the culture here and the people i work with. Thank you for everything you guys do for new agents who want to begin their business in the real estate market. So if anyone needs a good realtor please reach out to us or a great Loan Officer since we also do loans here.

  Nadia Juarez Cuamatzi was the lady who was helping me and at first she seemed nice and legit but at the end she made promises that she never actually did and she keeped changing and I just didn’t like it. She also gives me bad vibes. Horrible services.

  Taylor and Andy have been wonderful to work with. As a first time homebuyer they were educational patient and strong advocates for me and my family. Perhaps most importantly, they secured an extremely competitive loan for me and were always in close contact when I had questions.   My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Lacy Smith when we were searching for our current home. We had a specific goal of finding a house within the Carmichael area that was comfortable and large enough for our three boys. Lacy was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient while showing us homes. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and knew exactly what we were looking for based on our circumstances and desires. I would highly recommend Lacy Smith to anyone and if we ever find ourselves looking for a new property again, my wife and I know exactly who we will turn to.

  I am working with Luca Bertini and he’s a hardworking agent and he is very motivated. He is so responsive and it’s been a peace of mind because I know he is always looking up for the best for me.   I am dealing with a stressful situation where I am trying to buy my out spouse of the community home we own together. Thank GOODNESS I was referred to Nichole! SHE IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I have worked with mortgage brokers before in the past but never one so positive, upbeat and experienced in challenging situations. She had my loan approved and ready to fund along with everything I needed to present to the court in just a matter of a few days. She has stuck with me through this entire process and now we are just waiting to see the outcome. No matter what happens I know she will be there for me. If there were a dozen stars it would not be enough to rate her skills and experience. I am so glad that I was put in touch with her by my trusted real estate agent. You cannot go wrong.
