  Service was good, however, it was impossible to get thru to the service department. They just never picked up their phone. Had to go thru the operator to get to them, and then had to wait too long to speak to someone.

  Worked with Vince when deciding on purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I arrived with my husband loaded with questions and a bit anxious. Not once did we feel rushed. The GM worked with our budget and we decided on a perfect fit for us. I highly recommend this dealership when considering purchasing a car

  They have had my car over a week with check engine light issue. This is the 2nd time they didn't fix it the first time. NO communication from the service department. I had to call them to see if I should bring back the loaner. O The loan car they gave the registration expired 4/17 and I got a ticket for that. If I could give zero stars I would. Sorry, that’s my experience with them.

  Dealerships normally wreak of greediness and pushy sleazy salesmen. My experience was the complete opposite of that. Francisco made the pricing and process super smooth and transparent with a great price , and Javier was super informative and took his time to explain every feature in the car and helped me choose the settings I wanted. Pleasantly surprised. I would definitely lease with them again.

  My experience leasing a 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE from New Rochelle Hyundai was professional from start to finish. I'm a first time lessee, and working with Paul was pleasant and seamless.
