      This branch is the absolute worst. I came to get something notarized and seems like all the staff are having pre personal conversations than work. It takes not even 20 seconds to have something notarized and you shouldn't have to wait 45 min. It makes me want to close my account and go elsewhere. Customer service where don't go to this branch for anything but an ATM

      This bank is like the evil bank from its a wonderful life. My account need to be updated and u needed to understand the new system since I haven't had a problem in years because in the past chase bank was so helpful when I was younger they had more personal touch to their customer service. Now I try to come in and handle this important transition and nobody can help all they can do is say go to website like I'm in the bank you can at least help me make an appointment especially if I don't know the new system.

      I'm terrible with automative service so I tried to walk in while open even try to make a appointment the tellers say they can't help. All I want is too access my account and make the necessary updates and there nobody to be found. And for the love of your customers fix the door I'm there every night waiting Ina line outfit because the door only allows the app.

      The tellers don't give you any helpful information anymore. It used to have great customer service if you lost your card they get you a new one that same day with options. If you needed to update your account or start a new one they don't have anyone there trying to make it easier for you. They don't feel any responsibility towards your needs or schedule even though they controll the entirety of your finances. If you want service go pelham chase Bank

      Not like it used to be, wait time to speak to someone from the office is rediculas. Very dirty & tellers take too much time. Going back to TD bank.

      If you are looking to apply for a Chase credit card, do not do it online. It might take over 3 weeks. I would recommend coming to this branch. If approved, you can get the card in 3-4 days. Their online system for credit card is completely broken with every customer representative saying different things. It's very frustrating. They need to work on that. I went along with it because they offer good sign up deals. I cannot speak of other services but highly recommend visiting this branch for credit card service.

      Snotty phone representatives. Drive through should only have 1 transactions per vehicle. I sat there for over 15 minutes. They only had 1 teller on duty. No one in the bank would help to clear this up. 3 vehicles including myself left due to this. I've been with chase so far back. Maybe it's time to take my large business account out and place it with better bank with better service and customer care. Horrible!!! This doesn't even deserve a star. Shame on you!!!

      I arrived to this location in new Rochelle NY on 3/12/19 at 1:48 PM didn't get seen until 2:40 . The young man that was Calling people to the back area told me he was part of the financial department when I approached him and asked why was he taking people who arrived there after me . Very rude a lot of discrimination everyone except 1 worker was Spanish. Never waited in any Other chase branch for almost 1 hour unacceptable.

      Is just unacceptable, even if is not that busy you for to wait more than an hour to speak with a representative. "Call at the phone to make an appointment or ask for assistance." Believe me I tried they never answer!
