  I cannot recommend Black Mountain Capital and Jackie Elezaj enough. My husband and I purchased our first home in 2018 and received a mortgage from Wells Fargo with a 5% interest rate. By mid-2021, rates had significantly dropped so we began exploring refinance options. We shopped around the big banks but were dissatisfied both with the lack of competitive loan offers and the awful customer service we received. We were connected to Jackie through a mutual friend and never looked back. Not only did Black Mountain provide us the most favorable refinance option we'd seen, but Jackie was courteous, diligent, and attentive from start to finish. Jackie and her team made the process incredibly easy and the whole deal was closed within 30 days. Even after the closing, as questions arose, Jackie made herself available via phone and email to walk us through the transition. But for this experience, which not only cut our interest rate in half, but also lowered our monthly payment by about $500, my husband and I probably would've decided against refinancing and cost ourselves a ton of money in the long term. If you're considering refinancing-especially if you're discouraged by the robotic, unhelpful people on the other end of the phone at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc. etc.--call Black Mountain Capital and see what they can offer. You won't regret it.
