I was with this bank for over ten years. Their mistake with not returning a fee and dishonesty about it afterwards during a difficult period in my life made me realize that they didn't care about me as an individual. I closed my account right away and they didn't even ask me why. It was quite clear that they just wanted their fees and didn't have any interest in fixing the situation.

I had the worst experience just using the ATM. I am travelling for work was headed home down to my last $3 and was needing an oil change to make it home, I had my mother transfer me $100 to get home, which was a $100 she didn't have. I go to the ATM at 8am and no cash dispursed out. So there I am waiting with no money no where to go. First lady tells me at 11 they can count the ATM and handle this. So 11 comes and the manager of the bank tells me there's nothing they can do about me receiving my $100 back. So I let her know I'm stranded now with no money for gas or food or anything. I let her know if I could sleep in my car in the parking lot, and she recommended for me to see if I could continue to pull more money out ATM asking me to overdraft. No I cannot overdraft that is why I had funds transferred. Not even offering where the nearest shelter would be or anytype of help, literally in tears and the Branch manager still has no resolution, the last call I asked for her to write a letter stating that they where having issues and she refused at the same time she had a rude bank teller answer the line and wouldn't speak to me directly. This bank is very unprofessional. I had never had this experience with being treated so terribly. This bank put me in a predicament where I am stranded in a town with no money and I do not know anyone or have any family. It has now been over a month I had to sell a tablet to get home and I am still waiting for my $100 from this bank. When I call they blame the ATM servicing people. At least have the decency to say your bank is very unorganized and unprofessional.

If I could give negative stars I would. Let me break it down: fees, fees, and more fees. If you “overdraft,” but deposit enough money to cover everything on the same day, they will deduct the expenses, plus a $35 “overdraft fee” for each expense prior to giving your account credit for the deposit, thus leaving you in the negative.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

When will the lobby be open ? You can’t see the tellers thru the drive up window because of the tint and it’s difficult to hear . Sometimes you need more then a drive up .Every other place in Rio Rancho is open . Ridiculous

I like the small town bank feel with big city banking services. They are generally very nice and want to help and don't fee you to death or try to sell you products all the time.

Sometimes I think a bank is a bank is a bank. Well, that about sums it up. The one thing I do like about this bank is that I usually don't have to wait very long to complete transactions either through the drive thru or inside. I mainly bank here for location only.
