  I am a first time homebuyer. Heather explained little to nothing. She communicated only through e-mail. She would answer questions with links to websites or attachments to documents. The few times she did call me was to tell me I was wrong for complaining about her not responding for three days and another time to threaten to cancel my loan 3 days before closing because I told the builder she had shady business practices. It was a terrible experience. I had to go to other lenders to get the information she should have been providing. I got a credit from the builder to use frost mortgage that was not worth all the stress and confusion.

  Who made the experience great and above what was expected, that would be Heather Foote-Jasso of course. It did not matter when I contacted Heather she always immediately responded and I contacted her a lot as I had lots of questions, all of which she was able to answer. Getting a mortgage is never easy, especially when building a home and the time of completion keeps adjusting, but Heather kept everything in check and kept the financial side of the project running without a glitch.

  Heather and Patricia were excellent. They really covered all the bases in preparation for the underwriters. All questions were answered promptly, and their doors were always open for us to come in, if we felt we needed a face to face.
