  Wish there was more.payment options that didn't require a check essentially to be sent in the mail.. I have sent a check twice and it's been sent back to me without the envelopes being opened.. I haven't been able to drive my vehicle which I purchased for bad weather to drive instead of a yaris... so with that being said I'm slightly frustrated that I can't seem to get my money to the company. Using the address labels they sent to me.. I don't quite understand what is going on. But otherwise company is ok staff has not been friendly 3/4 times but one girl was very friendly.

  We are very sorry that your checks are returned. We do have several payment options, although sending a check avoids surcharges from third party vendors. Our office accepts payments by phone via a live agent at no additional cost. To make a payment by phone please have your Checking/Savings Account number and Routing number.   So happy with New City Funding especially MISS. BEVERLY!!! I was struggling with personal life changes and Miss.Beverly helped me out when I needed it most. She is super understanding and helpful.. I feel as though I am treated as family.. So thankful for all she does and continues to do !!! 😊

  I've had my account with NCF for just under a year and I will say doing business with them is great. Bethanne is my account manager and she is WONDERFUL. Always there to answe any questions not to mention she is incredibly helpful.

  One thing I can say is that they have great customer service Every time i talk to Kelsey F I always feel relieved an comfortable when im on the phone with her even if im having a bad day it gets a little better. Kelsey is very understanding and she helps me manage my payments better and she's very respectful and polite and I feel new city is very lucky to have her as a employee.

  Almost everytime without fail when I call it get the rudest people! I called today about making a payment on my loan and theven lady was more than rude and then just hangs up on me. Not sure if it's because I work in a call center but the owner should really have the employees take a class on respect and how to treat people. Definitely will not be asking for a loan in the future from this place!

  At first they were ok cause I didn’t have to really deal with them much but towards The end they were very rude,poor customer service,requested management to contacall me which never happened, I was accused of lying about calling to make a payment b cause no on answered during business hours and had to pay a late fee though no fault of my own, did I mention they are extremely rude..worst part is that I only finance a car to build my credit being that I have always bought with cash only to find it it they NEVER REPORTED MY PAYMENTS! And I have yet to hear back from a mgr about that and I requested a call back specifically for that reason..was at a dealership and found out they never reported so called to see if I could finance again through them since it looked like I was a first time buyer and they could clearly see I wasn’t..I was put on hold and no one ever came back and this is after I have already paid my car off. So yeah they are horrible as far as customer svc and professionalism. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
