  Chase is so cheap they dont have enough tellers , since they shut the other local branches , they get all those customers , the tellers are nice but the place is way understaffed thanks to the cheap lousy business practices of Chase, you often have to wait on line for a long time .

  Seems like chase just bringing more and more restrictions. Soon it will be impossible to work with them. Too bad since they are really have the best customers service.

  I don’t know why this bank has such a low rating. I feel that their customer service is excellent and that both the counter staff and managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their drive up service is excellent and their counter service is fast easy and simple. They have a drive up ATM, an in-store ATM, and a private room ATM. What more can you get out of that? Highly recommend going to the bank!

  There are so many jobs in this world. But some people make a decision to work in customer service and hate that jobs. Came to drive thru, the woman just looked at me, no hello, no what can I do for you. In the end when she said “have a good day” with the saddest tone ever. Why do people work for customer service? Do you even check their work and attitude?

  This location has some of the rudest people i've ever seen in customer service. I usually drive all the way to Haverstraw and Pomona or even Garnerville just to not go here. Linda and another woman cannot remember their names were so rude to me today; it took them over 15 minutes at the drive thru just to make a cash deposit for me. I thought it would help the process for them bc I keep deposit slips in my car and had that ready I only needed a pen to fill it out, but they took 5 min to come to the window 1st of all, another 5 min to get me a pen to fill it out, they left the window again; and other 5 to come back and get the slip back from me. After that it was another 10min to return finally with my receipt. It really makes a customer feel unimportant and like they are an inconvenience when you neither greet/nor show attentiveness to your client and keep leaving the window as if I am inconveniencing you.I then looked inside to see if there was only 1 person working there but there was not. I always have a bad experience here, they are rude never say hi how are you good morning/good afternoon/have a nice day. But I did not feel like driving all around because of the bad weather. I will not come back to this location. I think Chase needs to give this branch a seminar / training in manners and customer service. When the person finally returned with my receipt they did not EVEN apologize for the wait, in fact she gave me a sarcastically toned "Here you go" with a grin. I was so annoyed 20 min to make a deposit without an apology for the wait? Never coming here again. This is the only chase ive ever had a bad experience. Even in NYC they are so nice and they are busier than anyone. Disappointment.

  I have banked with Chase for more than a decade, and I find them to be fantastic. Recently, I needed to submit some old bank transactions to my accountant, and several members of the team from this Chase branch were able to get me the information in rapid fashion. I highly recommend Chase bank. And I even more highly recommend this bank branch.

  Love their ATM, it is enclosed and windows tinted so you can see screen when sun is blaring. Women in bank have all been nice when I had to use the counter services.

  First time in the bank today. The building was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything took place in a matter of minutes. Can’t expect much more!

  I waited forever for a banker to see me. 4 bankers and not one person being helped. One helped a man before me when I had clearly been waiting. Not a single helpful person in this building

  the worst costumer service every espically the drive throu you wait forever i waited 10 min then they want me to go inside cause not enough staff i said i have a child in car i can't and i didn't finish my transaction WASTE OF TIME just go to garnerville location they are you best
