  Todd and his team were awesome. They were always available to answer questions and automatically gave regular updates on the status of the loan. Todd presented me with several options on how to fund this home loan, and helped guide me to what option made the most sense for my situation. It seems too many people now perceive a mortgage as a commodity, probably because there are so many big telemarketing companies "selling mortgages" now days. The reality is--as you know, cash flow and equity objectives along with long and short term financial goals are REALLY IMPORTANT when structuring debt--especially debt in the $100's of thousands.   I have been working with Todd on a possible Refi for many years now. He was very upfront with me about the timing and the current market and recommended that I hold off. Well the time was finally right and Todd helped me thru the smoothest Refi I have ever done. He plainly explained my rate options and the process. In the end, we even closed ahead of schedule.   I can not recommend Zenith Home Loans enough! Todd and Nicole helped my husband and I buy our first home about a year ago. I had so many questions and they were extremely helpful and patient - making sure I felt comfortable moving forward and that I understood all the details! Since that time I have gotten a few follow up calls to see how we are liking our new home and even friendly reminders to do things like change the furnace filters. Most recently Todd called to let us know we could likely refinance and get a lower interest rate and eliminate the mortgage insurance. This morning we signed the refinance paperwork and will be saving a significant amount of money each month! Nicole has been wonderful to work with - so friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! Thankful we found them!

  We first met Todd Gehrke in 2011 to finance our townhome. Even though we didn't see him after that in the past many years, but Todd always keeps us the email update on our property evaluation and its current value. He has been very consistent in providing the up-to-date information such as statistics and facts. Because of his great input, we finally considered reaching out to Todd for advices as we are looking for refinancing options to eliminate accumulated debt. We contacted Todd last week and met with him this afternoon. He clearly explained several significant options that we found very helpful and seemed to be realistic to what we're looking for. We all agreed on the best option for our situation that he recommended. We have overwhelmingly positive words about Todd. Definitely, 45 minutes of his time at no charge, priceless!
