  Sean Young is spot on with his information and numbers in closing loans! That's what makes Sean exceptional and great in what he does. Sean's knowledge and information along with his caring and providing the information you need to make intelligent decisions is why I would use Sean for my families and my needs for future home loans. His staff was instrumental in the mounds of paperwork and documents necessary; via calls given/taken, faxes received/sent, email, letters prepared, text, etc., in getting loan approved and closed. Thank you Annie S. I used another Lender most recently and that Lender has left me questioning if information and numbers were right on the loan they did because they failed in providing crucial and necessary information to do or get this loan approved.

  From the very beginning Sean was very upfront about everything that was needed as well as what was going to happen. Before we would go look at any house he would make sure that we were pre-approved, this saved us time. Anytime we would have questions he would make sure to thoroughly explain to make sure we would understand. He was always available! I would recommend going to Sean we had a great experience.

  Sean was extremely easy to work with! He is very knowledgeable of everything he is doing. Buying a house was so easy we closed in less than a month with no trouble. Everything was so easy and smooth and he even came to the closing and was there to explain everything! I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a house!!

  After having a really bad experience with the first company I was using for my loan on my first house I decided to give Sean Young a try. I definitely made the right decision, he was so nice and helpful and very quick to answer my many questions! I ended up getting a much better deal on closing costs and there were no unexpected surprises at all. Sean made my first home buying experience an all around wonderful one!!
