  I bought a new home in November 2020. I needed a quick turn around on the purchase. Sarah Hernandez with Foxtrot Realty obviously knew the perfect person to make the purchase possible. Ben Binger and his team were amazing. They were able to process my credit approval and ultimately my loan approval within no time. The whole process was turned around within a month! Ben even took care of things while on vacation to verify that I was never one step behind! I would recommend him to anyone!
