  I had such a great experience working with Stephen and Debbie on my refinance with cash out. This was the second time I'd refinanced my house, and the difference in the process between the first time (not a good experience) and this time was night and day. Stephen and Debbie were so responsive and helpful, everything went according to schedule, and we closed in the timeframe they'd initially told me we would. I'd highly recommend both New American Funding and Stephen and his team!
