      I am VERY grateful for Diana at the Los Gatos branch. I’m not a member of the bank, but I needed help with a banking situation and Diana was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, and she answered all the questions I needed to get it figured out.       This bank is amazing! I have a savings account under my parents name, I am only 16, but when I come in here I am still treated with respect and like an adult. The customer service is superb and you cant beat the fact that they have fresh cookies everyday! I encourage anyone to go to the bank and just see for yourself how great this company is and how welcoming they are!

      I agree that the service inside the bank is courteous and professional. Reaching them by phone is a different issue. Today was the 3rd time in recent memory I hung up after long holds because they don’t answer their phone. Once I enter the bank all is well, but it’s inconvenient to require physical presence in the digital age.

      Tagline should probably be "It's a slight discomfort to serve you," cause that's the vibe I got while being helped. Closed my account after 2 days. Also, their website is clearly broken in several places which is pretty concerning for someone you bank with.
