  Bob and his team came in and saved us from another private bank that couldn't complete their process in time. They were fast, efficient, and communication was excellent!   Awesome service! I've done many a re-finance, but none so easy as this one. All of the preliminary disclosures and documentation of income and debt were done electronically, saving loads of time. The rate was great and the whole process was easy and quick. Bob's team was great. I worked closely with Debbie and was amazed at her capacity to track so many, many documents and never lose track of a thing. They were friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. The title company was responsive to my concern that our house would erroneously be identified as in a flood zone - which happened when we last refinanced! They were able to take our documentation from FEMA to avoid that hitch. A notary came to our house after work and got us through the voluminous paperwork in less than half the time it usually takes. If you are waiting to refinance because you don't think you have time to deal with it, get it done the easy way with Bob Bachman.

  Bob, our Branch Manager Loan Officer and Athena, Loan Officer Assistant, were amazing. Bob walked us through the process and as first home buyers we really appreciated it. He assisted us in looking at our financial standing and getting that to look better. We had heard from a lot of people who bought houses who were surprised about costs at the end of the process...I don't know who they worked with, but it wasn't Bob because there were no surprises here! He estimated the costs (turned out to be less) and we were ready to roll at the right time(s). Additionally, he was immediately responsive for any questions we had. He was amazing!!

  The ease of communication via email. We were able to follow what step our loan was in over the whole process. It never crossed my mind "I wonder how the loan process is going?" My husband and I were kept in the email loop every step of the way.
