  Yazmin was wonderful! She was prompt, very thorough & patient. Lost 2 vehicles due to fallen tree limb. A real nightmare working with the insurance company & another CU where we had financed one of them. 3 weeks & counting...not resolved yet. Collins was the only "player" in this game that actually came through for us when we needed it most! This is the second time we've used Collins to finance a vehicle...outstanding, seamless service. A+ !! Thank you.

  I just want to say the 2 girls that help me at the drive threw are fantastic, the best of the best I have been with this bank going on 7 years. They have been with me threw a bankruptcy, a divorce and issues with out of state checks and other banking issues. And always took the extra effort to take care of me. Even tho I live paycheck to paycheck. Collins and the ladies at the drive threw treat me like I'm a millionaire. Even after my Black German shepherd Max howl's when he hears a siren and makes a scene. This Credit Union is Great!!! Thanks for always taking such good care of me. Greg

  ATTENTION ALL CCCU CUSTOMERS. When calling to speak with a representative, I would like to recommend personal asking for Sir Mitch Covington. After a stressful day, day two of hoping to get the right representative to help me, and negative account balance, I was finally transferred to Sir Mitch Covington. Who professionally broke down the issue with my account and the fee’s I’ve assessed and why I’ve occurred those fee’s in full detail with mathematical work and equations. I didn’t mind holding, I waited for him peaceful while he did his research. I can tell Sir Mitch Covington enjoy helping individuals and he’s sympathetic. So again ATTENTION ALL CCCU CUSTOMERS.   This is the worst credit union ever!!! We have our car loan thru them and half the time I need my husband in the line just to make any changes. We are both in the loan!!! Apparently they make a profile for both of you and they aren't connected. Our loan has two numbers because their system set it up like a checking account. The online payments is just a wire transfer that takes 7-10 business days. The call center and the branches are not in the same page. As soon as we can we are refinancing or paying the loan off. They are the worst!!!

  Recently got a loan through Collins and let me just say that I was very pleased with the service provided!! All the staff there is always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

  Worst place to have your mortgage loan! We have had our loan through collins for almost 3 years now and honestly there is nothing good to say about it all the fact that we have numerous accounts that we don't use because we are told that one needs opened anytime a credit product is open I added my husband to my accounts when we applied for the mortgage because we were told we had to have an account well I had one so I simply just added him on there well that wasn't good enough we had to open another account just to get the mortgage! We've had numerous issues over the years with our payments not being credited correctly as well as even getting them to pull the funds directly so I gave up as it is we have a payment pulled every two weeks and I have to manually send the other funds over through bank to bank transfer in order for the mortgage to be paid as we were told many of times it was fixed with the auto pay but everytine they found a way to mess it up even more! I am not listed as a borrower on the mortgage but my husband has called in numerous times and requested a third party authorization to speak with me which they refuse to put on the account its just a mess don't ever get a mortgage through them!!

  Horrible experience! I could only use my card a few times a month before I got charged for it. If my balance was negative they'd lock my account and I had to call to get it unlocked. So glad I left!

  I have been a member for over three years now, and its been a pretty stress free three years. The gals there know what they are doing, they are quick and friendly. The loan rates are unmatchable and they work with all sorts of credits. Highly recommend. The only thing that could be better would be a better mobile banking, thats all.

  This is the worst credit union EVER!!! If I could give it no stars at all, I would! I have had to turn them into the NCUA and now I'm in the process of hiring an attorney to take care of how they have botched my credit! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
