  I recently refinanced my home with New American Funding. They had the best interest rates, a really convenient e-sign process, and the lowest fees. I worked with Halston Warren who patiently explained every detail of the process to me during the application and what to expect at the closing. This is a company who really cares about giving their customers the best deal possible. Thanks for the great support and for saving me time and money.

  Quality / professional company. Only thing is- it’s a huge pain having to keep submitting more details . One example is if a check shows as deposited in our account from another one of our accounts, it’s strange to have to prove that the check cleared the first account. It wouldn’t have been credited to the 2nd account if it didn’t leave the first acct! Also a pain to have to keep proving we still had the money to close. It’s not like we’re going to start spending it elsewhere. But every place does it like that . Just a pain though.Halston called us to sympathize about it at least, so that was good!

  New American Funding is an awesome mortgage company.My account was more complex than others. I talked to three different mortgage companies. The other two didn’t pay much attention to me . No American finding put in the work. They are very responsive and explained everything to me

  Our loan consultant Halston was great. From the start his candor made navigating the many different options easier. He was great to communicate with and kept us up to date on the process. As first time home buyers we were new to everything. Halston made things easier by providing extra explanation or clarification when necessary to help us understand the process and pricing.
