  Gather 'round and I'll tell you a story about a loan that almost didn't happen. My needs were unique and not uncomplicated. Brad and his team did an amazing job making it happen, and were able to expertly negotiate with the title company who was committed to making the transaction as difficult as possible. To say that I could not have done it without Brad is not giving him enough credit. I literally couldn't have done it without him.
