  Jonathan is the best in the business bar none, hands down, the best our world has to offer in lending. His team is professional, kind, and highly knowledgeable. I have bought and sold 3x now and this experience was undoubtedly the easiest for me. They're in a league of their own. When I was told by more than 1 lender that my husband and I would not qualify, could not qualify for the house that we wanted, I ‘met’ Jonathan Wilson (digitally) who was able to handle my intricate situation with a VA loan, and a recent forbearance etc. I’ll spare you the details of the financial situation but it was A LOT, nevertheless they made it happen.   Jonathan is an amazing lender . He helped me 3 years ago when my credit needed a little help because I didn’t have any , giving me pointers on ways to get my score up . Within 6 months I was in a house . He showed me all the different type loan options and helped me decide which option was best for me..2 years later I reached back out to Jonathan ready to check into a refinance ..I gave him my loan numbers and when we met on my schedule he showed me the interest rates and options. This guy is top notch he has helped me from day one and I will always use him! He is honest and friendly and has integrity a quality some lenders these days don’t care about. I always felt like he had my best interest in his heart not profit !!! Trust me you can’t go wrong with Jonathan d Wilson a+++++

  Jonathan and his team were fantastic! They were so communicative during the whole process, so I was never left out of the loop. This was my first time buying a home, and Jonathan walked me through each of my financing options to give me all the info I needed to make my decision. He genuinely wants to help people get the best option for their situation. I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking for a home lender.

  Great experience with Jonathan and his team. They were able to crunch down and expedite the loan process in the matter of a few weeks. Not only that, but they helped lower my interest rate much further than I had initially expected. Personable and gives some awesome weekly video updates. Highly recommend!
