  My husband and I were first time homebuyers who were not to optimistic about buying or even getting a home during this pandemic, plus we also got taken advantage of the year before by another mortgage lender/broker. I have to say though Lindsey and her team were absolutely amazing!!! They were super fast with approving our loan, always answered our calls or called us back if she couldn’t talk. She kept answering our questions and always kept us in the loop, and even when we were on the brink of giving up, she encouraged us to keep going!!! I am so glad that we did because we found the perfect home!! Lindsey even helped push all of the paperwork to ensure that we could close and move in, in the timeframe we needed too! I would highly recommend, hands down Lindsey and her team to not just my friends and family but to anyone who asks for a referral for a good mortgage company, it will be New American Funding

  Brandy made it simple and easy to understand! She was awesome to work with. And she’s always a text or call away. She was always answering our questions and concerns which took a lot of stress off , As people will know the house buying can be stressful . Brandy was there for us tell the start to finish!   Chris VL came recommended from my Redfin agent. We were building a new house and had already been pre-approved through their preferred lender, and I mostly just wanted to compare rates and closing costs. Chris ended up being crazy easy to work with and he offered very competitive pricing. In the end it was all pretty similar and I went with New American mostly because of how easy it was to work with Chris, how quick he was to respond, how accessible he was. I thought it wouldn't matter that much that New American doesn't sell your mortgage, but now that we've closed and the reality of payments and mortgage insurance is setting in, it's very reassuring to know where my mortgage will be and that I have a local contact if I have any questions.
