  I am a current employee of DoHardMoney. I can honestly say I help people every single day. I love working for a company that is true to their values. In my position I see deals from start to finish. I love that I help the members I work with get financial stability. What I enjoy is not ever feeling that I have to lie to make a deal happen or keep someone happy. I can be completely honest and help investors make the right deal happen. The reason I say right deal is because not very deal is a good one. I never want to see someone lose money. One way I can help that is to guide people when a deal is too risky and has a potential loss. The teams that I am surrounded by everyday are truly amazing, smart, and generous individuals. As for Ryan Wright the CEO, I have to say he is a role model leader. He cares about his employees and customers. I have never seen another leader personally who will take time to address individual needs and concerns. I can definitely say that I plan to be a part of the DHM team for a long time.

  The assignments are reasonably close by. The instructions are clear and the website makes it easy to transmit the information requested. I appreciate the realistic turnaround times. The staff is easy to reach by email or phone. I look forward to the next assignment.

  I had the pleasure of working directly with CEO Ryan Wright and President Matt Schaugaard. These individuals demonstrated exceptional leadership and teamwork that motivates the company to exceed expectations for their members and investors. Ryan is one of the best risk managers in the Real Estate business and he has taught his team everything he knows. Each Account Advisor has received a top-notch education from Ryan and provide members with excellent support. Ryan is committed to helping fund good deals and I have seen him jump on the line multiple times to ensure that Real Estate deals are successful. This type of hustle from a CEO is hard to find. I reported directly to Matt during my tenure at DHM. Matt understands the nuts and bolts of the 100% Financing System better than anyone. He has spent countless hours training the Investment Division on how to identify, educate, and qualify the next generation of Real Estate Investors. Matt is positive, approachable, and he has a strong work ethic to see projects through. His positive energy allows him to drive change for the business and for his members.   Read all one star reviews first! All 5 star reviews seem generated, they only say they recieved good info. No reviews stating they made money. The scam is to get your $3000, then they don't approve a house. Even an employee reviewed this company as one star. Seems like they tried to bury the 1 star reviews with fake ones.
