  When my Fiancee and I bought a bed, we were told about SurePay since, at the time, neither of us had ever used credit for anything. We went over the contract with the merchant, who explained how the 90 day 0% APR works and how we'd be automatically charged weekly for the amount required to pay it off. Fast forward to today, 9 months later. The automatic payments were set up for the 365 day plan, which included a whopping 230% APR. I went back over my payment history and discovered that out of almost $1,000 that I've sent (for a $580 bed) so far, only $100 has actually gone to paying off the loan, while the rest has been counted as finance charges. By the time I finally finish paying this off, I'll have spent enough money for three beds. I get it, that's how interest works, this is the real world, but the fact that it was never once explained to me how much money I would be spending, that we were only ever told about the 0%, is so frustrating. But it gets worse. Over the past few days, I've tried calling SurePay to try to ask them if 230% is right since it seemed way too high. I couldn't get through to a person once. Finally, right after I tried calling again this morning, my fiancee called and was answered immediately. It seems they blacklisted my phone number as well. I'm outraged at the poor service we've received from both SurePay and the company that sold us the bed, who just told us it was out of their hands even though they were the ones who failed to explain the whole contract.

  Went great! Helped pay for my tires that I needed and got text alerts for payments every week! Payed off in 90 days to avoid all the fees and interest. If you don’t pay it off in 90 days you’ll be paying significantly more then what you borrowed! But great service!

  This short term loan helped so much in getting repairs done on my truck when I didn't have enough funds to pay for the repairs right out. They communicated well when my upcoming payment was due. I highly recommend SurePay Finance!

  Originally gave 1 star cuz the rates were so high after the 90 days. But then they called me and let me know that I qualified for a 30 day extension and they refunded me money after I had paid my financing off and were super helpful and awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

  It's never fun needing to have something unexpected happen that costs you more than what you can afford to pay. Sure Pay Finance granted me enough funds to pay for my emergency. They were super easy to work with and very professional. I highly recomend using them if you find yourself in a pinch.

  Such a scam. I received a text from Surepay stating my first payment was declined and if I didn't make a payment today I would be kicked out of the 90-day interest-free program! My first payment declined because they tried to take it out of the wrong account (the backup 2nd account not the account I set up for auto payments). So, I went online to make the payment that same day and noticed I have accrued $78 in interest!! I opened this account exactly 15 days ago! I will fight this and will pay off the entire balance when they reopen on Monday. Such a scam! Beware.

  We have used Surepay multiple times for our car repairs. We highly recommend this company....always honest and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you! (Ppl who are giving this company a low rating, and complaining about the high interest, should try READING contracts before signing! It is all spelled out in simple English. You have to make sure you are paying enough each month to pay it in full within the 90 days. It's not rocket science!)

  The process was very easy, and if you have any questions their staff is awesome! Answered all of my questions and was very friendly. I would recommend this service. As the payment plan was so convenient and it was truly 90 day same as cash.

  Very un professional, my email was changed without my permission was locked out of my account so I could not make my payments. Was still charged fees even though it's their fault. They make promises, but never do anything. I have personal infotmation concerns now. And instead of contacting me directly they contacted my reference first without even trying to contact me. I highly advise not using this company. In the end it is not worth it.

  Disagree with several business practices- such as - if your "card on file" is declined and you go in and manually make payment a few days later - the text messages keep going and going and going saying you're behind - then when confronted with a payment from previous week it's "oh oops" - also - no American Express accepted - (which happens to be my only credit card I use) so I go to pay off and nope..... they will let you try and try and try - racking up $10 fees every try - BUT THEIR SITE /SYSTEM DOESNT SAY NO AMEX- so I keep trying like a *******. all said and done - they're good people. Prob a decent business, if you're like me and aren't used to being treated a certain type of way - you're not gonna have a good time. They did what they said they were going to do - nothing more nothing less. Although my accounts are paid in full - I suspect I will still get the "please make contact with us to keep your account " text message every day.
