  WORST bank in Nevada! Don't let the name fool you, they are organized out of Utah. Majority of employees are deceitful you can't stay ahead of their games to keep customers money. I am the POA for a 91 yr old they insist bring him to the bank. The geniuses that keep getting promoted didn't put anything on account regarding the POA so I am now blocked once again. DON'T bank here read reviews from all the other NV state banks.

  There was one consumer teller available and three people in line so I left and went to another bank. The merchant tellers had no lines and 2 employees working, and another employee was doing something at their computer in the back.

  I've been a customer for years and have had a great experience with the assistance of Katrina who has been very helpful with everything that I've needed. I truly appreciate everything that she has done.

  I absolutely love this branch. The customer service is amazing! Katrina is THE BEST! She has been helping me for almost 3 years now and provides outstanding service! She is always accommodating and takes care of any and all of our needs!

  This bank is clean and well maintained. The tellers here are usually very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. Parking lot is safe and easily accessible from Las Vegas Boulevard. The waits here are generally not long. Overall a great Nevada State Bank.

  Dealing with this branch was so frustrating that I had to give myself a four year cooling down period. It has been 4 years and it still bothers me so I will now give them the one star they deserve. (My issue was with bank fees and a lack of communication between this branch and the corporate office)

  Worse bank to bank with I had a auto loan with them and no one seems to know what they are doing so first of all they should know that it’s against banking law and NUCA policy for a bank not to provide you with details of your account such as fees and charges on your account the only thing they can give you is your payoff amount and they tell you to call customer service, throughout I had my worse banking experience with them and I would highly recommend you to stay away from them.

  This is supposed to be the main downtown branch. Closed on Saturday's?!?! They have 1 yes 1 ATM machine outside and more times than not it is "out of service" Terrible...
