  Came in to open a new account. Was told that I needed to make an appointment. I asked some basic questions, what are requirements for free checking. Neither of the ladies present could give me that information. Said they were not allowed. They could print out what would amount to a mini book of the banks policies but could not answer that question. They said if someone cancelled I could have the next appointment which was at 2 o'clock. I said great, can you call me if that happens. Nope, I would have to wait there an hour to see if the 2 o'clock appointment would show. They told me I could go online and open the account. If I wanted to do that I would have not walked into the branch. I walked from my nearby office. Never did I imagine opening a new account would be such a hassle. That alone showed me how Chase treats it's customers and I walked right over to Bank of America where I was greeted and assisted right away by two friendly employees.

  03/25/2022, at approximately 14:18 army time per the receipt, I withdrew $1,500.00 with Michell; but NEVER received the funds! I was immediately asked to leave due to the lights going out without my money. Although $1,500.00 was taken out of my account I never received any funds! The receipt says I was assisted by Michelle. I was traveling from TX, and needed my funds however although taken out of my account, I didn’t receive a dime. I was told they would call me. I left my number. I asked that they give me a call, and to date I have not received a phone call! This is NOT acceptable! I demand my $1,500.00 that I did NOT receive ia immediately deposited back. I called customer service and getting the run around. I will be seeking an attorney on Monday.

  Chase is encouraging customers to use their machines instead of a teller. They have a person at this location who asks several questions if you get in line for a teller. Instead of having that one person helping people they are just hanging out trying to get customers to use the machine. If I get in the line, I need a teller. Having a CSR as bother me is annoying. Also, their ATM outside rejects money on a regular basis, causing me to still go instead.

  I called 6 different Chase banks including the ones near me on Lakemead and no one answered. I finally called here and after the very first ring.. Malika (the branch manager) answered! My mom is under self lockdown in Oakland from her HATE CRIME attack (on Asian Americans) a month ago.. she’s trying to pay her rent and I’m not familiar with Chase and needed help.. The last time my mom paid her rent 2 guys beat her and tried robbing her. If I didn’t get anyone on the phone, my mom would’ve had to go pay in person and relive this painful memories. I’m thankful this BM was there to answer the phone. I’m glad she provided me with more options into getting that money sorted for my mom. Sometimes, just being there means the world to those who need help! Thanks for being amazingly helpful ❤️

  NOT EVEN OPEN ONE DRIVE THROUGH ATM THAT IS ALWAYS BROKE...I JOINED THIS BANK B/C I LIKED THE IDEA OF HAVING A BANK WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO MY OFFICE. LAST MARCH THEY CLOSED AND STILL HAVENT OPENED.

  Tried to open a business account and was told I needed to make an appointment. The woman was very condescending and didn’t even allow me to finish my questions. Very bad customer service. Needless to say, I will NOT be opening an account here!
