  I got introduced to John Robison from a coworker, and over a period of an year, he had done 3 financings for me and my parents, and he made my first home buying experience as easy and painless as possible. For one, Mr. Robison already knew all of my questions and concerns even before I knew or asked them, and when I still had more questions, he did not hesitate in answering them whether the questions were for the actual loan document for just for my personal knowledge. He is also extremely experienced with loan services that based on my parents' financial standings, he knew which method to take to get them approved. I don't think I've waited a day for a response with Mr. Robison, ever, and when working with my real estate agent, and the seller's agent, he was actually the one pushing and leading them to get the necessary documents and/or letters signed as fast as possible. Not to mention the most important thing--the rates. He was able to get a me a lower rate than the market, and even walked me through with other options with points, if I was interested. If you really need a broker that will be transparent and that will be on YOUR side looking out for YOUR best interest, John Robison is the one.
