  Special thanks to Kristen Robertson. This is my 3rd mortgage transaction with her. She is honest, kind, friendly, responsive and on top of her game. Mortgages and refinancing are stressful, but with her help and her teams Katy Dilsaver, Shelley Kee and Aarica Griner the stress and lack of communication was non existent during these times.   I had the pleasure of being helped by Cortez and Susan. They were kind and patient. I am a first time home buyer and they held my hand through out the entire process. I like that Cortez has a website to get you started in the loan process and has a checklist he uses to help you keep track of your home buying process start to finish. Susan is very uplifting and helpful. She made me feel at ease and was always available. I definitely recommend there services.
