  Keith Sargent and team are the Best, recently I’ve sold and bought my second home with in 3months. I went to Keith for help with refinancing our home, everything was going so smooth. I then asked questions on selling our home and he was so informative that I decided to sell our home. He than referred me to a realtor who was amazing from beginning to end. His name is Scott Hodges with Exit Realty. Watching them work together felt as if they worked for the same company. Keith always made himself available whenever myself or Scott needed information on our account. Both responded with urgency every time we showed interest in a home. I don’t have the best credit, but Keith made it possible to help us $ell and Buy with no issues. If it seems like I’m bragging too much, it’s because I’m am a happy man. I had a bad experience on my first home purchase, so Keith and his team deserves to be spotlighted lol. He truly made us feel like we were his only clients. Thanks Keith!!

  I've done 1 new mortgage and two refi's with Keith and his team in the last 6 years. All three times were super smooth and efficient, even in the pandemic. He found us the best rate and loan type for our situation and uses the latest technology for signing docs. You have the option of getting a thumb drive in addition a physical copy of your mortgage which is nice. The team was immensely helpful and the process for the refi's was extremely streamlined. Keith and his team will treat you like a king, so def. reach out if you need a loan!
