  Teresa has helped us with more than one mortgage. When we wondered if we should refinance we knew, from past experience, that we could call her and we would get an honest answer. We knew that if the timing was not right she would tell us even though it would cost her commissions. Whenever we have had questions she helped us happily. Even when she was not working a mortgage for us. It is like having a close family member that has a lot of experience in the mortgage industry. We will not change companies until she does.
