  Working with Kathy during our recent home purchase was an absolute pleasure. Her and her team made the financing portion of our home purchase completely frictionless. She was always quick to answer any questions I had, always had documents and loan estimates out quick and up to date. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my loan and was never blindsided by sudden changes in estimates or calculation.   Despite some hurdles (out of state, contingent offer, jumbo loan, etc...) Kathy got us approved, appraised, and funded on time at a GREAT rate! She was on top of every step of the process; I felt fully informed every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a home in the SLC area!
