  I got referred to Stacie from my realtor Michelle Todd. Stacie was great from start to finish. I could tell from the first time I spoke with her that she was professional, by the book, and no nonsense or sugar coating . All traits I look for when I am dealing with big financial dealings. I just closed and I have no complaints and all good things to say about my experience, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I have used Stacie for two home purchases and I will never look anywhere else. She is amazing, friendly, informative, easy to get a hold of and overall makes buying a home an easy process instead of being stressful. I would recommend her to everyone. On my previous home I was having issues with the lending company I was going through at the time. I reached out to Stacie and she came in on an already tight deadline and did what the other company couldn’t do and I was able to buy the home without any problems.

  Stacie Marchessault quickly and efficiently guided me through the loan process. I think the process from start to finish was not more than two weeks. She called me immediately when rates went down. Everything was set and ready to go. I received a great rate! The title company was prepared with documents when I arrived at my appointment to close.
