Sherry Liu5Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background. I am very thankful for Michelle’s professional, responsive and honest assistant with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. She made herself available to me via any method of my choice- emails, business phone or cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. Michelle even stayed in touch during her vacation during the holiday. I am grateful for all of Michelle‘s work she devoted to my purchase of this home.

Maria Radloff5If you are doing a refi or buying a home, ask for Keith. I was super recommended to call him by my amazing realtor back in 2013 when I bought my home in SLC. That experience was absolutely perfect so I refi'd again with Keith at this company. You really can't find a better guy who will stay on top of things, literally doing all of the heavy lifting for you. His support team is just as amazing. Even after the whole thing was completed, he still answers my questions and helps me out with things. Keith is super customer service oriented and will totally rock your home financing world. Highly highly recommend - great enthusiasm, integrity and follow thru. You'll love him!
Response from the ownerThank you so much, Maria!

Anna Fillingim1Lies and misinformation regarding our buyer’s s loans which is delaying the closing of our new home. Beyond unprofessional and frankly appalling. No honesty. Our real estate agent has been blindsided for over a week now that the buyer’s loan was out of underwriting and ready to close..We were told the same information again today, the CD was supposed to go out yesterday..just to find out the loan is not even final approved. Who does that?! I started questioning the legitimacy of this lender. I spoke with the VP today but he seemed not interested in this situation and never followed through. I have been working in a mortgage industry for many years and I have never seen or heard of a lender treating the borrower and all involved parties so poorly. All we needed to know was when the final CD would go out so that we can reschedule our closing, purchase of our new home and obtain the extension to our repc. We were a part to Network Funding's borrower's transaction. We have been told false information for a week that the CD would go out that day. The response provided below by Network Funding proves one more that they could not care less and do not take our feedback in any constructive way. The denial proves that things will not improve with the way they do business. My real estate agent even said that she had never experienced a similar situation in her 14 years of real estate career. Neither did my out of state agent, who had to get involved fearing our transaction would fall through thanks to Network Funding's complete lack of care for their customer and the rest if us involved in the transaction.
Response from the ownerAnna, we appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve our process, our communication, and our follow through with all of “our clients.” This was a unique situation of a seller (not our client) who was upset with a delay in the buyers closing and was asking for updates on “why” things were delayed. We take the privacy of our clients personal situations and information very seriously and under no circumstances will we ever discuss this information with the seller of a property. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for any undue stress that was caused due to delays outside of our control.

grason roylance5I have worked with Network Funding twice now, and couldn't be happier that I did. Michelle Reed has taken care of me both times and has left me feeling absolutely great about a process I know NOTHING about. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her for any mortgage/refi needs!
