  I have been a customer with this office for 4 years now and i have never trusted any other insurance place since!! Chandy is my rep and she is outstanding at helping you save and feeling like there is a real person available for u whenever you have a question big or small.. the office is beautiful and clean love the general customer service there from all staff will be with Statefarm for life 💚💜

Whether It is car insurance, home insurance, or life insurance - not only is Mr. Crespo prompt in his response, he always makes a customer feel important and like we are not just another policy number. Mr. Crespo always makes sure he provides every option available to a customer when it comes to their policy. I would strongly recommend Jose Crespo for any transaction and/or inquiry .   I called this morning and Jose Crespo was professional, patient, and extremely responsive. He understood my inquiry, resolved it and another one I wasn't aware of (!) quickly, and followed up fast. He was great and a testament to the office!
