  Come here if you want to get ripped off. Dealer straight up can not take an educated customer and if you want to get the deal you want and everything on paper suggests you can, you CANT! Ended up being told the car was sold after proving the dealer they’re in the wrong and not letting them scam me. All salesmen were equally impertinent. Stay away from this dealership.

  they have on website they will be open on 4th of July shorter hours but they were close all day.We call the sale man.and he said because we sold a lot a day before. that's let open space to think they open only in days they don't have business.

That is not the case. In fact, our website, Facebook and Instagram all had posts and slides up stating that we would NOT be open on July 4th for observance of the holiday. I’m sure that you are mistaken. Possibly you were on a different dealerships website. Anyway, I hope you had a great 4th of July .

  I bought a BMW 428i from Bay Ridge Hyundai and they were very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I live in Westchester so it wasn’t a short drive, but they did everything they could to accommodate us. Highly recommend, nice people.

  Service center is great. Oil change took only 20 mins when they said 45-1hr.

  What an amazing experience leasing a car from Bay Ridge Hyundai. Allison was absolutely the best salesperson hands down. She made us feel like family from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! And Daniel in finance is just brilliant. He gave us exactly what we wanted and then some. Thank you all so much!   My experience at bay ridge Hyundai could not have been any better. From the lovely receptionist to LuLu and Rosa who were unbelievably accommodating and efficient. It was unexpectedly busy and the team couldn’t have handled it any better. My brother, father and I will be dealing with this crew and no one else.
