  I manage a business in Fair Lawn, and I've been using BAMS for a few years. I must say I have saved so much money by switching to them, I was being ripped off by my previous merchant services company. Any issues I had were resolved right away, I would highly recommend!

  I have really enjoyed working with bams for many years now. I always get great customer service and expedited requests. I am opening another business soon and I am looking forward to working with bams again. One of my favorite parts of working with Bams is their Iris system which I can track my sales and revenue of my business. I can't say enough good things about BAMS and their team. I would recommend any new business owners to join them, you will not be disappointed.

  i have used BAMS since we opened up our new location , 7 years ago . the funding is overnight , which is a big plus . customer service is responded to by a real human , in real time without holds . my agent is Alex, who answered to my needs , if there is ever a issue . vey pleased with rates , quick funding , and getting someone human to talk , to solve problems . Which is basically all one wants in a merchant services provider .

  Great rates and even better customer service. We received new CC machines and had a few minor issues off the bat. Called BAMS and spoke with Dan who did a quick and professional job of resolving those issues. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks, Dan!

  I would like to say that when I was having problems with my cc terminal BAMS and especially Dan were extremely helpful in resolving the problem. To say the least, this problem was a nightmare and Dan was very friendly and patient and extremely knowledgeable. The problem was solved in a short period of time. I highly recommend BAMS. Some companies are very helpful when they are trying to sell you a product or service but BAMS stays with you throughout.

  I use BAM for my business and it is great. I'm saving money every month on transactions fees. But the best part is their customer service. Everytime I have a question or a situation with the POS, I call Jeff and he immediately resolves any issue. I would definitely recommend the service.
