  This is more of a question than a review. I can’t seem to get an answer. What is going on with the ATM at Howdershell branch? This is the only bank I’ve ever seen with just an outdoor ATM and it’s been missing for a very long time. Wouldn’t be so annoyed except if needed I don’t want to pay fees having to go somewhere else or far away to a location that won’t charge to use the ATM. Anyone know anything about this?

  Someone tried to steal it and damaged it. We are in the process of getting a new one, but it does take time. We also do not keep ATMs in our lobby due to added operational expense since people can just go to the counter. We try to keep our operational costs low as it is our members' money

  Waited inside about 10 minutes before someone was free. Only one teller doing drive thru and inside customers. Had to make my 1st car payment. Apparently can't set up payments online. Can't make payments using debit or credit cards either. What kind of bank doesn't have the ability to run cards. Oh but I can call in the payment for a service fee. What a joke. Yes this is Joseph Ryan Sullivan. I'm in customer service idc about being short staffed. I would wait all day if need be. But I don't understand how I can't make payments online or with a debit card. Also can't make recurring payments without a voided check? Seems like these policies need updated to more up to date standards. Disappointed. I was considering opening savings accounts for my kids there but I have serious doubts mow that's for sure

  Sorry about your bad experience.  We have a lot of staff out sick right now. You can do bill pay if paying from another institution or you can set up an ACH as well inside Virtual Branch.   I went in to make a loan payment and Shannon literally took 20 minutes to review my account which is not her responsibility because she's a teller, not the financial department. Very horrible service and Shannon needs to do her job which is taking payment.

  What did you use to pay your loan Stephani? A third-party check for example would need to be investigated to protect our other members' money from fraud.

  I've been a member for over 25 years, They have all my loans and they are very service oriented. I find them extremely friendly and very personable. While other institutions are changing names and banking policies, Alliance has been the one constant thing in my financial life. Member for life.

  The customer service and assistance provide by Ms. Tracey Robinson was 10 out of 10. We had been trying to secure this refinance and resolve another issue but she helped us get it done. We are impressed by her knowledge and easy of communication. Hats off to her she is an asset at your business.

  Alliance Credit Union has been where I bank for many years and I have always felt like a valued member. I am so dedicated to being an Alliance Credit Union member that when I relocated out of state, it’s still where I do all my banking. I don’t plan on leaving Alliance Credit Union.

  Superb company. Sincere, friendly staff. Tremendously easy to open your accounts. Gorgeous facility inside and out. Best experience I've had, not only for banks, but for any business I've interacted with! 6 stars!

  I have been with Alliance for many years when I used it on West Florissant then on Pershall now on McDonnell Blvd the employees are beautiful young people who respect you when you enter the building!! The only thing I regret not getting my car loan there,other than that I love my credit union. Thankyou Heide Runge

  New facility on Hazelwood is beautiful. So much accessible. Staff is amazing! Friendly and welcoming! Always help us take care of our personal finances.
