  I would never purchase anything from this store before first hooking it up to make sure it plays. Very rude. Not professional at all. Refused to let me test dvd player to make sure I worked.

  Have had okay dealings in the past however this experience has been one less than welcoming. I called the shop twice before bringing in my TV. I had asked the lady who answered if someone would be able to assist me in carrying it as well as informing them that I wasn't sure where the remote was. Ever since I stepped foot inside the building the Assistant Manager, Ron, has been short with me and flat out rude in some instances when I've tried to talk with him. He insulted me by saying he wasn't sure who would have told me that on the phone, was passive aggressive when testing the tv saying how much easier it would be with a remote, and kept telling me he couldn't answer questions for me when it was my tv. Overall, not an enjoyable experience and likely my last visit.

  Ron H. was so freaking amazing! I learned so much about jewelry while there. He is honest and straight forward. I will definitely be back to buy some jewelry from him. Best customer service ever. Thank you Ron for everything!

  I posted a very positive review about a year ago, because I like Ron and felt I had always been treated fairly. Until my last visit.. I had a loan due up on the 4th of July. When I called, unable to get there (honestly surprised they were open), I was told it would be fine to make the payment tomorrow . I showed up at 10 a.m. to discover I had "lost my item." Long story VERY short, I have never seen a shop so eager to slap a price tag on an item and put it out for sale. After they had assured me it was safe . But the point is not the treatment of my item, or even the fact that I was so heinously misled .In fact, I was able to come to an agreement that saved my merchandise .The actual issues: 1) when a salesman (and I actually get the impression manager- not Ron) leads off a conversation with "well, how much (money) you got?" ..you know you're getting screwed 2) if by the end of your conversation, said salesman is shaking.. transparently, barely, retaining physical anger as he verbally condescends and attempts to make the customer a laughing stock for being upset.. He's just not a good person. And 3) not one single person could look AT me rather than thru me, could even pretend they cared, or could take one moment to say "sorry.." Even if they didn't mean it . I am the worlds most meek human, just a little decency would have saved the day .And they couldn't muster it .

  Terrible...at best. Offered next to nothing. Manager tried to tell me only one speaker on my TV worked when he plugged in his Sega and it only had one audio cord...You would think a manager would know that you have to have both a right and a left audio cord plugged in for sound to come out of both speakers on a TV...definitely not coming back here. The service just wasn't good.

  Walked into this location today to buy a laptop. Was met by the employee named barrett. Was very no friendly almost combative the entire time. I asked for the manager Ron who I know is there I seen him nobody wanted to give me management so then I got upset and left the employee barrett felt the need to follow me out the store making me feel very threatened. Will not return to this location and would not recommend anyone does as they are very rude and not customer oriented at all. It's like a bad episode of the Detroit pawn shop show. Will be filing a complaint with the bbb

  Ron the guy that is manager there or something who knows who is what at this establishment he is very rude and unfriendly as a matter of fact everyone at this store is very unprofessional and does not deserve a job anywhere in retail, customer service not even McDonald's!!! Wait I forgot to mention a bigger colored guy named Brandon who's nickname is big B is actually very nice and professional he is the only person there that deserves to work in customer service and you can tell he is embarrassed of having to offer what Ron tells him to offer cause it is way below any price that is even close to what it should be worth pawned for a loan so I do not recommend going there for any reason other than being treated like dirt

  Thank God for Ron and Steve The young people there love Rollin eyes at the Managment. Also there cell phone is more important than working, the store needs more older people. If Ron and Steve leave I want return

  Ron (Assistant Manager) provided excellent sales experience with a tv purchase. Also cleaned the tv thoroughly with a smile and great conversation. I recommend him to purchase your tv!

  I would've been carried out because they're so rude. The two times I've been in there nothing but disrespect. Profiling isn't okay with me and I won't be going there no more lets see what the bbb thinks.
