  Anny Havland is amazing! Made an offer on my dream property and it was a difficult purchase with a tight close date. I am confident that if I did not have Anny as my loan officer the purchase would never have happened. She went far above and beyond to insure that my loan closed. She kept in touch every day and was a great source of information and was such a supportive person through the process. Her ability to think outside of the box is pretty impressive.   I worked with Sally Salisbury and she was always quick to respond and update me. I was buying my first home, and on kind of a time crunch, and even when there were hiccups beyond her control she did a great job keeping us in the loop and even got it done on our timeline.   My wife and I recently worked with Sally, at Neighborhood, to buy our first home. Sally was great, and the whole experience was smooth. She met with us and walked us through the whole process, before we had even decided on a lender. She's kind, very experienced, and genuinely has your best interest at heart. She was available anytime to answer any question. On top of that, she's very fast and efficient. She got us a great deal and her work, along with everyone else's and a few miracles, got us in our home in amazing time. We are truly grateful for all Sally's work, and will definitely be working with her again, should the future call for it.

  I highly recommend this company if you are looking for an attentive, customer oriented mortgage company. As a First-time home owner and working full time, I had very little time to devote to the mortgage process, and no idea what to expect. I worked with Neighborhood Mortgage and Sally Salisbury made the entire loan process seamless and easy. She was great at communicating from start to finish and put me at ease on my first home purchase. She explained the whole process during our first meeting and was available whenever I had a question about what was going on. The home buying process was nerve wracking at times, however I felt well-cared for and confident in Sally's ability to find the best solution to any hiccup that came up. She checked in frequently to let me know how everything was going, and helped me sleep during each phase of the loan process. Sally exceeded my expectations and provided customer service above and beyond what was required. I truly enjoyed working with her and Brandi, and am thankful for their guidance and support.
