      I was in this branch this morning to open a new account. The bank's Relationship Manager, Mr. Kevin Baker, provided excellent support and patience throughout the whole process above and beyond the call of duty. I found out that he actually came back to work on his scheduled day off for 1/2 day to provide coverage to his colleagues. This type of team spirit and customer support is a rare find in this day and age. Definitely recommend wholeheartedly that people ask for Kevin's help when they are in that branch.

      Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I came in for a simple simple activation of a credit card issue, which over the phone they told me i had to come in person for. Them when I went into both branchs in the city, they told me they did not have adequate time to help me ( I went in over an hour before closing), and said I needed to schedule an appointment, but we're super booked out. I am regretting choosing to get a credit card with them

      Horrible service all I wanted was to unblock my account and yet for some reason they can't. They rushed me and they were horrible. If you gonna go to a bank don't go to this one.

      The tellers and the account managers at this branch were so kind when I ran into a cash flow issue. They were able to help me sort out the issue and avoid an overdraft fee! These people are awesome.

      Worst service ever, very low customer service. I am so disappointed in the service that they gave me . I am canceling my account by tomorrow. Hoping to obtain good service right before holidays I received the opposite I don't recommend this bank. They also charge you monthly for service .... just to have a debit card. Ridiculous.

      I've had both good and bad experiences with Bank of America, but this branch is just a nightmare. They have wasted HOURS of my time and have made it very clear that they don't understand their own banking requirements. On two separate occasions now they have given me incorrect information about my banking. The first time I was trying to add my husband to my bank account and was told that since my mother also has access to the account she would need to be present. We were told we just needed to show our IDs at a local branch. So we drove 2 1/2 hours to where she lives only to be told by that branch that we needed multiple forms of ID and they couldn't help us. So a 5 hour round trip to get him on my account turned out to just be a waste of gas. Yesterday I was in this location after discovering someone I didn't know had cashed a check out of my account. After repeatedly pointing out that the name and address on the checks, were not mine (she said it was probably someone I knew even though I don't know anyone by that name or who lives in that state) and also pointing out that the routing and account numbers WERE NOT FOR MY BANK ACCOUNT. I was told to call a phone number because she couldn't help me. I asked about closing the account and opening a new one and I was told not to bother since I could just file a claim every time my money was stolen and Id have it back in 24 hours. After repeatedly insisting that I wanted to close the account (the fraud department for Bank of America advised me to do this immediately when I called them) I was told I didn't need my mother there to close the account even though she must be present to sign off on any changes including closing the account. Long story short, I will be closing all my accounts with Bank of America and going to a different bank. If you want to stick with Bank of America I'd advise using the bank downtown as they have always been helpful and knowledgeable. This branch is a joke.

      Love this branch, Laura is the one that always helps and takes care of me. As soon as I walk in the door she come and greets me and asks how she can assist me. I just opened my account there a month ago, and my husband has now joined me. We are more than happy with Laura and how she’s handled everything.
