  This Loan Transaction With Angus Harrup was great and the whole transaction was smooth and everything proceeded in a timely manner. The great thing was the docs were at Title 4 days before closing, which let the Seller out of town sign early and funding happened on the day we closed. I would recommend Parkmont Lending and Angus Harrup for any real estate loan transaction

  After being turned down by several lenders, my husband and I went to see Gaby. I admit that at first we were very skeptical about her being able to help us. But we left her office feeling like there might really be a chance she could get it done. Sure enough, she did. It was the most effortless thing we have done. It's obvious we were meant to have Gaby guide us through what could've been a long and drawn out process with ease. We love you, Gaby! Thank you for making our dreams of owning a home a reality.

  One star is being generous if you value your time, your money, your sanity, do not use these people. Especially if you want a house. Three months later no closer than when I started. Requests for third and forth copies of w2's and etc sent over and over. Failed to communicate, just a simple update or answer simple questions caused lots of turmoil. I dont know what more they wanted lots of sleepless nights. Wasted time. Now having to start over with another lender while well past the deadline because these lackluster employees think they are doing everyone a favor. They want to know why are there larg e deposits in the bank account. For real, it's called earning a living! They are not worth it. Makes me wonder about legality here and recourses. Wish I had read some of the reviews now, I know! The realtor and title company was begging for communication to no avail. Where do you do your recruiting? Not worth the paper their paychecks are written on.
