  Gabby at Waxahachie NCU helped both me, my husband and granddaughter setup new accounts. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with all information we needed to make the transition from another bank.   I feel that it is really important that I take some time out of my day to praise this neighborhood credit union, especially Gabriela. She is so amazing and actually takes the time to make you understand what kind of account you're opening. She is very helpful and this is more than just a job for her you can tell she thoroughly enjoys what she does. Because of her I will gladly tell my friends and family to go check out this bank, very happy customer!

  I opened an a account about 5 years ago and have never had an issue with the bank. Stephanie has always been the go to bank teller. She has amazing customer service and is a genuine person who actually cares for her customers. I highly recommend this bank!
