  I have been a member for many, many years at City Credit Union, both at the Duncanville branch, and now for at least 10 years in Waxahachie. The friendliness exhibited every day, from their marvelous manager on down, gives it a small town feel, like people really do know your name. Their knowledge, efficiency and great rates for auto loans are some of the reasons I have stayed happily here. They don't have the most convenient hours yet, but their professionalism and positive attitudes make my family all happy members here!

  I had the pleasure of working with Trevor during processing my credit card application. He was very courteous and professional!   If you a want wonderful experience and excellent customer service City Cu Waxahachie is the place to go. Every time I step in there i get welcomed with a smile and a greeting .All their staff is great in answering questions and making your visit an important one. Trevor Bishop recently helped me out with some future decisions and it was the best experience I’ve ever had . He was so personal with me and very nice . He answered all my questions in a very timely matter and has been a great help. If anybody ever needs a great bank to be part of City Cu is the place . They will help you out to the fullest for all your needs.

  Hi yes everyone I have been a Coty Credit Union Member for over 15 years .Never had any problems great bank and a City credit Union has a good fraud protection plan. The staff Kendrick and Jamie are the best. All the staff is great .please join . Great Benifits

  Writing a review right after an estimate frustrates you is difficult but here goes. I got a loan from city credit union a couple years ago and started receiving statements. I noticed the statements cost $5 each so I tried to set up to have the statements sent electronically but after countless calls nothing has been accomplished. Now $160 of fees later and notes upon notes of my calls and no resolution they want to send this to collections. I can’t believe I tried to refinance and save money with this company. All the money I saved was ate up by FEES.

  Never answers phone, email, or online chat. We paid off our loan back in March. Now they are charging us $15 and sending us to Collections due to inactivity. We paid off the loan and closed the account, so why are we being charged and sent to collections? Terrible company. Making payments online was horrendous. I had to set up bill pay through my bank but the process was not easy. Getting any assistance, even prior to COVID was difficult, now it is completely impossible. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone to again close this account, get a receipt, and be completely done with them!
