  We arrived at 4:58… two minutes before they closed. We just wanted to ask what time would be best for us to come in tomorrow in order to open an account. We went in and they were extremely nice, we asked them and they told us not to worry that they’ll stay after hours in order to help us out TODAY!!! 🥺❤️ WooooW what other bank does this!!?? This is most certainly the best bank I’ve ever been to! Without a doubt they deserve 10 stars! They help us do everything on our new account explained and everything. They stayed with us for almost 2 hours of their own time. ❤️🙏🏽 Thank you Amanda Hollenback❤️

  Yolanda on the mortgage team was incredible to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the loan process of obtaining a mortgage. Yolanda kept us informed about our progress and milestones, communicated effectively and was very easy and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend using Yolanda for anyone looking to get a mortgage.

  I can't say enough about how much I love this bank. I used to bank with "Major Chain" bank and felt like just a number. This bank has a personal touch and is very accessible. It reminds me of the service we used to get "back in the day". I just completed a mortgage with Yolanda and it was the best process I've ever dealt with in the home finance industry. This place is a bank you can call home. That really says it all, First Financial is the bank you can call home and be treated like family.

  My interaction has been great with Yolanda and Mr. Russell Phillips. They are all great people who work at the Waxahachie branch, we left our credit union of over 20 years of doing business because our son, Juztin had an awesome banking experience made easy as a first time secured loan consumer establishing credit with bank rep. Amber assisted him with. We certainly are telling all of our friends and family about them.

  Don't do business with this bank! Their idea of "security" is as bass-ackwards as it gets! Even the supervisor I spoke with doesn't understand basic security principles or basic proper English.

  FFB was super helpful with all of the final closing on our new house. Yolanda Guerrero was always available for questions or conserns we had. It takes a lot of people to do all the work and we thank them all. Yolanda saw the job through. Thanks again

  What a great group of people. Amber was very helpful and polite. I moved from a national bank to them due to the great people and service! And if you lose your debit card you can get a new one right there on the spot!
