Petar Andjelic1I visited this branch on November 11th as I am a shared bank member and my actual bank is in Florida. I went to the front door it was locked but the drive through was open. I waited in line for 25 minutes when I got up in line the teller told me they were not doing shared bank services due to their systems. I asked if it would have been possible to put a sign on the door explaining their systems were down. The teller very rudely yelled NO and hung up the transaction I called back asking for her name the other teller came on the line telling me her coworker wasn’t rude before I even got a chance to speak. When I again asked for the initial tellers name so I could call the bank manager they again hung up. I called their corporate to place a complaint with the VP of the branch and I highly doubt I will be receiving a call back. I will be filing a complaint with my Florida bank as well because this is not customer service. The reason those individuals have jobs is because of customers that keep their money at the bank. If you get angry when customers ask you to do your job you should find another job. You clearly are not fit to hold the job you currently have.

Jennifer Giles1Unprofessional. I would highly recommend visiting another branch or looking into a different credit union. I have been doing shared branching here for YEARS as an 18 year member of another credit union. Until recently, Had decent experiences. I received a call today letting me know I am no longer allowed to use this "shared branch" credit union for my business account to make deposits, out of nowhere and they had my own bank contact me. As a business owner myself, why you need someone else to contact me- unprofessional, and seeing that they are still a shared brach for this specific credit union where people I know use it everyday for their deposit needs for convenience, and I am black-balled for making a few deposits every week or two. I am assuming this was a ploy to get myself to switch to them full time, but news flash- you are tacky and handle no business transaction or situation as I would or anyone should- so I will not only be letting everyone know in the community of this experience but having my friends/family members switch from them as well. Good luck if you decide on this establishment.

kjayll1I went Thur the Mesquite drive thru on Friday and the teller accused me of trying to deposit a fraudulent cashier’s check. I have been a member for years and I have done a lot a business with NCU. Cashier’s checks are guaranteed fund and could have easily been verified by check 21, or making a simple phone call. I will be shopping for a new CU.

A J B Pest and Termite2We have honestly never had such a difficult time banking like with NCU. They are so slow when you go to the location. Payroll check holds and really seems as though their bankers need more training because you never get the same answer for the same question. Just easier to bank with the bigger banks. We will be going back to Chase.

Kaylea Saxon1They are the only bank I’ve dealt with so far that doesn’t accept my expired license even tho I showed paper showing my appointment isn’t until next month due to being backed up.
