      Added unknown fees. They added so many unknown secret fees that I’m unable to close my account now. Stay away! Rate was good, but the amount of hidden charges are ridiculous. Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.

      Go anywhere else if possible! Lines are always ridiculously long; with 2 to 3 lanes open, you can't pay your car loan online-like everywhere else in the world. I have never once received a statement from this place until I closed my account, and now, out of nowhere, they are taking money out of my savings account and charging me statement fees! I call to close my account, and after verifying all my information, she tells me I have to write a letter to close my account. So many issues, I paid my car off two years early to get rid of this place.

We are sorry about the wait; we had some lanes closed recently for repair, causing a longer wait time. Our staff did try to curb this wait by standing outside and answering questions to try and make transactions go faster. We do offer a few online payment methods (See link:https://www.r1cu.org/convenience/digital-branch/), and we can help find one that works best for you. We do charge for paper statements, but you can avoid this monthly charge by switching to eStatements. Unfortunately, to close out an account over the phone, we do need written consent, a signature, and a valid form of ID. This is to protect our memebers' accounts from fraud attempts. We can, however, close an account in-person to avoid the written letter step.       I've been with Resource One for six years and I absolutely love them!!! I use to bank with another company, (I won't name them), but I had nothing but problems with them. My mom actually told me about Resource One and I have been with them ever since. The staff is super nice! My favorite staff member is Vicki! This lady is so nice, super helpful, and just a cool person. I've been improving my credit score so I get $500 loans sometimes, and Vicki is the first person I ask for. She make the entire process easy and explain everything clear. The lobby is always clean and the atmosphere is just nice. Keep up the good work guys!!! If I could rate ten stars I'll do it in a heartbeat!

      Drive thru is awful always take forever, so I go inside and in there there is a long line and 1 person attending. Was there again today and person in front of me was there in ft for 28 min when it was my turn it was almost 15.

      Been waiting over an hour in this one lane in drive thru.. still got two cars ahead of me. Other lanes are moving minus this lane. I understand with COVID-19 things are different but Resource One needs to make some adjustments. A customer does not need to be waiting this long. Smh and to top it all the teller was very rude. I was upset and said nothing to the teller and she had the nerve to say "You're welcome" at the end. Acknowledge the fact that your customer was waiting for a whole hour. A simple "Thank you for your patience" can go a long way.

      I put in an application 3 days ago. It’s been 2 business days and nobody has reached out to me to follow up. I’ve called twice and waited on hold for 30 min+. One lady said she would email someone and tell them to reach out to me, but still have not heard anything.

      Bad experience here! Our card seems to be comprised every other month and gets shut off. Then when you go to the bank to get resolved, they go by what contact center people note. There is no communication between departments, you either get people that are willing to go above and beyond or those that don’t care about your situation. Member -owned but members opinions or wants don’t count. No accountability here. They say they stick to policies but in reality they don’t always follow their own. No, not everything is black and white, there is a grey area when it comes to customer service, customers should come first! Change your hours back to 8:00 am so people can go and get their stuff done before work! Create moments of excellence like you used to, not moments of misery.

      Resource One Credit Union is an awesome place to do business. They have always been very helpful when I had a question are a request. The answer has not been Yes every time, but they explained why it was No. I have been with them about 4 years and see no reason to change.

      So far so good moved from California where my wife was a banker for a total of 8 years in two different banks Bank of America and a smaller one named Umpqua with her experience she looked into alot of banks and settled on.this one and as of right now no issues and the have been spot in with service and waiting time is average just like most banks and credit unions. I hope to stay with this bank in out new future in Texas and hope they continue to impress we will see

      I've been a "member" with them since march 2015 but as of Monday I will not. They cancelled the debit card they issued to me in the local branch without notifying me. Then stated that they sent a replacement card with a chip in in back in January. Well when I asked what address they sent it to they couldn't tell me. They just said they had 2 on file. One with a apt number and one without. I've had the same address and I write the same address on any correspondence I give them including when I call or chat. So how in the world is this my mistake. So I called the after hours number and was rudely informed there is nothing they can do about me not having a cancelled card right now and that I would have to go into the office on Monday and get a new one or have another one shipped out to be received within 7-10 days. So basically I can't withdraw my money or do anything until Monday. Thankfully I keep more than one bank account for times like this. But I will be going into the local branch and closing my account due to the rude "supervisor" that hung up on me after stating they couldn't rush ship the card or anything else and also the fact that if they hadn't noticed that the new card with the chip had never been activated because it was never received due to them not mailing it to the right address. I have a car loan with them also which I will be closing promptly. Do not bank here. Customer service has went downhill in the past yr.
